To ensure that your package is properly delivered, and the shipment is received within the time frame advertised, please ensure your address is fully entered correctly. If abbreviations are used, ensure to use the appropriate abbreviations, and have spaces inserted properly (if applicable). If there are issues with verifying the address provided, the Customer Service Department will contact you and attempt to resolve this issue. If after several attempts of contacting you, and a response is not received, your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded to you.
If you realized the shipping address entered was incorrect, please contact us ASAP. If your order was placed on the weekend, please contact us early Monday morning. We will do our best to fulfill this request and update the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from ChatresCloset.com, as the customer, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
If your tracking information states your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service (“USPS”) directly. ChaTres’ Closet DOES NOT hold responsibility for any packages stating DELIVERED.
Just a reminder, a shipping confirmation number will be received within 3-4 business days from the day the order was placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it may take 1-2 days to process your order. Although, this is just an estimate, and please be mindful, this does not include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. If your order states delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages stating delivered. We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country.
